Register a New Microchip
If you just had a microchip implanted in your pet or you are registering this microchip for the first time, you can complete the registration form to add your current contact information to your pet's microchip.
Update Existing Microchip
You can submit new contact information for your pet's existing pet microchip. If the current information is outdated, your contacts will be recorded as the current contact information.
Transfer Pet Keeper
If you are the new pet keeper, you can submit contact information for your pet's existing microchip. If there is a previous registered pet keeper, your contacts will be recorded as the new registered pet keeper.
Registration Renewal
To renew your account and display your pet's page again, you can submit your current contact information for your pet's microchip. Afterward, you can view your updated account online at anytime.
